Handcrafted mushroombrush in birch and horsehair. Fresh mushrooms lose flavor when they are rinsed in water - dirt and soil should be brushed or cut off. This handy mushroom brush effectively removes dirt and debris without damaging fungus. The brush also works great as a bread baking brush!The beautiful handle was designed, shaped and oiled for comfort, and the bristle type was carefully selected.

BRUSH CARE: With a little simple care, your brushwill age beautifully and last for years. Clean yourbrush with soapand warm water, and let itdry bristles down. We recommend oiling the wood on occasion with food-grade oil. Allow the oil to absorb before your next use.
