Vegetable brush in birch and union mixture. Union mixture is strong and water resistant. The beautiful handle was designed, shaped and oiled for comfort, and the bristle type was carefully selected specifically for scrubbing potatoes and root vegetables.

BRUSH CARE: With a little simple care, your brushwill age beautifully and last for years. Clean yourbrush with soapand warm water, and let itdry bristles down. We recommend oiling the wood on occasion with food-grade oil. Allow the oil to absorb before your next use.
